Due to being understaffed, we are currently unable to offer cut & wrap on wild game animals. This means we are not accepting animals that you would like to have steaks, roast, ground, etc. processed from. 

What we are taking: Wild game animals that you want made ALL into sausage kitchen product (i.e. jerky, pepperoni, etc.) We are still accepting your CLEAN trimmings from your self-processed animal for grind or sausage kitchen products. We also have plenty of space for “hang only” animals (cold storage).
